What is coaching?

Coaching is offered to persons within instructional global networking and working within profiles developed by other coaches partnering with this website domain.  Interns are a part of the instructional learning and often need a platform to practice from.  Linda has developed this website to join other professionals and intern students working towards their certification as coaches.

In this website development, Linda has built your platform to upload your profile visible to clients who want to select a specialized coaching service and coach to assist them as needed. We at Legacy sponsor Linda Smith the opportunity to develop each phase of instructional learning, and utilize a chat log for communicating throughout the network processes. 

Should you want to partner and build your profile here, we want our client base to benefit from each one's specialized coaching style.  For students, we ask each student to donate at minimum 3 coaching sessions free to enable those clients not affording to pay to benefit from the free coaching sessions. 

If you are a professional coach, we ask each professional specialized coach to offer at minimum, one.

 free coaching session to a client to benefit that client and begin the coaching sessions with that professional coach thereafter. Please join with Linda as she coaches those students who want a new direction and transformational change through instructional coaching while gaining needed experience with clients.

Linda will have access to a list of clients for free with the postings and from the client list, each client may select whom they want to connect with through a selection process.  

Our focus is on those clients who may want to change their goals, learn how to interview for job readiness, or perhaps seeking a higher education by going back to school to further self-knowledge. Clients may range in age from 18 years through senior adulthood.  Clients may be under 18 years of age and will need a legal representative or custodial parent to authorize their joining a coaching session.  Various coaching disciplines are welcomed for professional coaches who want a website exposure to share with other professionals, write about their experiences, or train students or mentor others in the business who want to become coaches.

By becoming involved in becoming a part of who you would like to be, not as people or the public see you now is by networking within a group consensus through wellness, health, emotional or physical transformational changes.  We want to meet and connect with you.  By introducing the coaching classroom simply opens a new window of opportunity for you.  Please see our welcome letter from Linda to walk you through this class syllabus based on each section and model within our sections and introduction to signing into your classroom.

Introduction

Hello, my name is Linda Smith, and I live in Columbia, Tennessee.

I developed our new coaching platform to invite others to join our coaching team either as mentors, interns or professional coaches, and offer a selection of three distinct goals; -Goal one is developed to offer “Free” access to an established online Coaching platform from across the USA. 

Goal Two is to create mentorship opportunities for coaching interns who want to learn how to become coaches. Interns will work alongside mentors and professionals in a structured training environment while supporting those who need coaching.

-The third goal is to build the platform to profile professional coaches like yourself who need to join the platform to network with each other, take more training to strengthen and support coaches in different phases or specializations of their career pathways.

The hope is that all three goals will maximize and support every phase of the coaching process while taking the initial steps to further coaching, training while working towards their specific skills for coaching certification.

At Training Coaches, One Step at a Time.com, we help intern coaches find practice clients—an essential part of their training. Clients receive their first three coaching sessions for free. After those sessions, a small membership fee applies. Once interns become certified coaches, they may be paid for working with clients who choose them through the “Find a Coach” platform. Their completed profiles and coaching specialties will be posted on our website for easy access. At Legacy, we understand that coaching fees can be difficult to afford and that some clients may need only a few sessions. That is why we offer free access to intern coaches and provide clients with several complimentary sessions. If clients wish to continue after the free sessions, they may pay the required fee through the website. There is no binding agreement, and clients may opt out at any time. Hello, I am Linda Smith the Coordinator for this website partnership for Training Coaches-One Step at a Time.com.  Since October 1, 2013, I have worked with Legacy Life Care Programs as the primary practitioner and operations administrator. After 21 years as a licensed outpatient agency provider and traveling healthcare consultant, I left the healthcare field to open the mew 501 c 3 nonprofit Corporation in 2013. I am now ready to begin this new venture with Training Coaches, One Step at a Time.com. as the coordinator and creator of the training models.

Section One- Our Institute of Learning & Project Development

Our On-Line secure virtual training models include our state-of-the-art technology in all virtual or on-line classrooms utilizing the simplest user-friendly formats.  Offering young learners, and adult age-appropriate persons and communities those areas for professional sharing, mentoring trainees, or specialized coaching professionals for clients, from high school, secondary college students, or post graduate school students.  Whether single youth, adults, unmarried adults, or seniors and others, those who are seeking second careers.  We treat each one as wanting a unique learning platform, with specific career or life changing issues.

From Job Seekers to Wellness Coaches

 Perhaps you are seeking jobs that meet what may be right for your trade, degree. or as a caregiver, just want to help others.  Or as a senior, you are now finding yourself single or divorced who have found living without a spouse requires you to learn how to handle financials, downsize, or seek a second financial supplement career during this transition.  You may be a recently retired professional and desire to reenter the workplace in a different role.

Through our selection process, coaches who want to work with clients in meeting with them virtually, helping them in their struggles wherever life leads us. Such as changing careers or finding themselves alone and needing wellness or medical supports.  We together hope that by benefitting you through taking you through your own loss, grief, to finding truer meaning again is attainable and may be your benefit. All caregivers of others, finding themselves in sudden life changes at the loss of their spouse or partner, being left to care for disabled persons alone, or how to learn to be a caregiver alone without support.  We can work with you as you commit to learn and train through the specific coaching specialized learning models we offer. 

Disclaimer: DROP OUT CLAUSE FOR CLIENTS AND PARTNERS

Clients OR professionals, students and others may drop out of this training or its models at any time or change coaches to a different coach that one feels is more specialized to meet their needs.   Utilizing the initial first step by ending sessions with one coach to change over to another coach follows the selection process guidelines.  The coordinator will attempt to help all those utilizing this website and its domain models to assist them as needed and will guide them through this change over process.

Section Two: Section Two category model addresses specific learning to how to become a coach or join our network, build your profile, commit to a chat exchange and pay our membership fees

SECTION THREE CATEGORY

Section Three: Section Three category models how job seekers prepare to write resumes, interview for or negotiate a wage or salary when reentering the workforce, or seeking your first job.  This model breaks down into the working class, specific with aged populations from 18-25, 25-35, 40-50, and 60-plus aged categories.  Entering any new professional practice is challenging enough, as competition is out there. Wanting to freshen up one's knowledge, to become a better communicator, how to greet a company VIP, or middle manager, or what skill sets are needed while working service line or product lines.  

THE UNION WORKERS

Understanding union workers and how to reenter union jobs is a special skill set component. The final component of Section Three category addresses training on how to train coaches for opening a second parttime or fulltime job being a coach, to all those who want to and can learn how to certify in coaching.  Whether in healthcare services learning how to care for elders or disabled persons is a worthy vocation to becoming caregivers, or becoming one with us as our coaches, all of us are moving through a new partnership with joining our training institute.

TRAINING ONE-ON-ONE

Coming together or training one-on-one, just to develop one's own business project within upscale community neighborhoods or developing a new project management identifies high level project managers. If selected by an upscale project manager as an upscale manager, or developing a new business, may mean working with city or county agencies. readying oneself progressing by moving from one practice location to another project, such as developing a newly assisted living environment, or taking their own nursing home facility to extend the add on or skilled services out into the community meets challenges. New changes moving into the upscale facility locations offers the elders or recipients' home base to change, downsize or relocate persons to a new environment.

 Moving to a new facility job as a administrator or nursing professionals enter as skilled managers. Linda offers skilled coaching with specialized administrator licensed background experience with over 30 years of skilled strategic service management and client supports.  Through coaching and training our experienced, skilled coaching support staff works together with each one who want coaching from the beginning to ending of the skilled training. Holding trainings and seminars to corporate or facility level constituents is beneficial as coming together while working together and engaging new brainstorming techniques.  in succession, that being said is to celebrate all accomplishments as a team member.
